★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is good but not always available. The main issue for me is the smell. This is the most smelly shop due to bad exhaust fan. Once entered the shop, your whole body will be smelly and need to change cloth afterwards, causing much trouble.. Many complained about the behaviour of the staff, my experience is some are ok and some appear to be rude but i think they are not well trained and do not know how to treat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained staff, said scanned the FAM QR, but received nothing. Okay fine and still, can't even give a plastic while the bento is done just let the customer wait for nothing, maybe those staff disappointed with their salary or something else. Doesn't have any working attitude. Most worst purchasing experience in FamilyMart so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here at 6.51pm Worst experience deal with the front crew Ms. Nurul (wearing the glasses). She scold the new staff when he accepted Grab Order and no one is prepare the order. Not professional at all. Buat kerja sambil hentak hentak barang in order to show the protest due to so many customer. If you cant accept many customer better close the outlet during peak hours. The outlet damn smelly, it not the first time been here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady with the glasses……… I work in services and would totally hammer down any staff showing such attitude… idk just so disappointed.. not even decent level of customer care…. If you see her start to bang stuff just run away…. Go CU better…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to claim the vouchers from my app. There were two staffs (one male & the other female wearing glasses) he was quite blur and she was rude. She left everything to the guy to handle while she was "busy". I was the only customer when I went, when I asked what ice cream flavours they had, he was looking around like didn't know and I repeated then only he understood same with the drinks. The male staff did everything. I ordered 1 ice cream and 2 drinks. After he did the drinks, he disappeared and the female staff came and asked "yes?" and I mentioned the ice cream, then she called the guy to come and do. I was the only customer there with only 3 orders and you can forget? If there were a lot of customers and you forget, then that's fine but I was the only one there. Also, the guy could see that I was struggling to carry both drinks & ice cream, couldn't you give a cup holder or smthng? Tak kan everything must ask. Among the outlets that I went, damai perdana staff is the worst. Never going back to that outlet again.
