โ โ โ โ โ Bad attitude to me and my friends. We were buying bubble milk tea and when it's done they just put on the counter table without letting us know. So We waited in front the counter for like 15minutes

โ โ โ โ โ Had a bad experience here. Been to many FamilyMart branches before and unfortunately this was the only one that didn't ask if I had a membership or not. My hands were full at the time and when I put my items on the counter, I put my phone too with the QR code displayed. Too bad it was not scanned. Realized after, I asked but the attended staff blamed me instead.
Luckily, another female staff took the initiative to help by rescanning my items, this time scanning for my qr code as well. Kudos to that staff (my bad, didn't ask for her name).
Disclaimer: I'm not trying to be an A here but at Mesra Petronas, they will ask whether you have the Mesra card or not even if you were just buying less than rm2 item.
Oh yes, just want to add, sending feedbacks via the app doesn't really work. Yes, you will receive the auto response, but that is all. I doubt that any human actually look into them. Thanks anyway.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here so many times but this was the best visit. The staff, Eddy was so helpful and friendly even went to check frozen stock for my carbonara. Thank you! Ps: Becareful when double park as abang2 MPSJ always around to clamp your car (RM80)

โ โ โ โ โ Sandwich packages tend to be unhygienic - Sometimes torn and left to sit on shelf. Old lady staff was slow and rude.

โ โ โ โ โ Same as some reviewers here said the staffs here not well-trained....I used to buy their ready-packed meals of the day in Familymart in evening cause they have 25% off the normal price from 5pm onwards.
Bought 2 packed sandwich stated expired on the same day, I purchased but the staffs said, "No" foods must already expired like yesterday....?"what the heck? Who want to buy spoilt foods? They denied b'cos machine never stated. Walked off, lazy to argue. ( actually, they 're wrong )

โ โ โ โ โ Dining table available for quick meals. Not many products variety but all the daily necessity available here. Lots of house branded food and drinks to try. Soft served ice cream is a must try here especially the Matcha flavour. Also their Oden is a must try with original and tom yam soup based to choose from. Nice staffs and good service. Aircond very cold. They provide very clean toilet too. Phone charging at your convenience. Just bring your own cable or buy from them.
