β β β β β Good to buy quick-bite when you 're in hurry to go home and don't want to cook. Still, I don't think is cheap but good thing.....they hv promotion 25% from 4pm~7pm for those fresh foods going to expire on the same day ( refer to the date or else dumb staffs charge normal price without telling you )

β β β β β Not a quick n grab shop. 1 staff only to make drinks, oden, as cashier. Boss pls hire more or no need to sell so many things. Customers can go somewhere else. Visited on Saturday 12:45pm

WHAT A TERRIBLE WITH BAD EXPERIENCE FAMILY MART LOCATED @ BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG.
HAS BEEN SO MANY FAMILY MART THIS IS ONE OF THE TERRIBLE BAD EXPERIENCE OF FAMILY MART. ??????

β β β β β I bought a salmon grill onigiri today 20/5/22 from Family Mart Bandar Puteri Puchong delivered by Grab Food. The onigiri was not even heated up and send to the customer. It was too cold and unable to eat. Very bad service .

β β β β β To make it short, this outlet is far most the lousiest. Go here if you like to queue up 30-35mins just to pay for fast foods. One staff in a ever crowded shop. During night, its at it worst. The long queue and the extra slow service. Why canβt you guys just hire some extras????

β β β β β This is not a convenient shop, Family Mart is the slowest in terms of check out process. The lady staff is very rude when I asked her to open the non-oden counter

β β β β β Terrible slow service. Long queue yet no actions taken to quicken the process. Only oden counter open n hv no idea why 2 express counter close as there is long queue. 3 staffs workjng only one handle counter. The other2 staffs, one is filling up foods on the shelf why the other one just filling up fried foods near counter. 2 of them just ignore the long queue. They should open up thd other 2 express counter to quicken the paying process. If management still no action taken...soon the crowd will end. Good concept outlet however poor staff capability & lousy management!
