★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out the shop is bigger than other it’s the worst, not much stuff in the store, mostly out of stock. Get long queue in the express line, one of the staff was standing there for not knowing what should do, just open up the counter and served the customer first please. Bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review valid during today until future improvement. This is Ipoh biggest FamilyMart (2 shop lots) but only allow maximum of 12 customers in-store at the same time. Queue at outside expect minimum of 30-40min. They should restrict each person spend in-store maximum of 5min during peak hour. Whoever want to visit FamilyMart at lesser crowd and wait, should go Meru or Station18 branch. Greentown are same bad waiting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fav familymart in ipoh. Just went there yesterday and i can see the staff was very friendly and patiently explain to a customer about their menu. I guess after the complain they upgrade their hospitality . Good job and please maintain it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the big store of Fm in Ipoh. place always got people in and out..but not too crowded. good arrangements of things n food. always get my coffee n choc drinks here. as well as the Japanese cheese cake. service is moderately fast. parking is limited. some of the foods are out of stocks due to fast selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient, where you can get the usual Family Mart items. The store is also quite spacious and well kept. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Located at the Bond Square, along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, just before Shell Petrol
station.
Parking is available but can be quite limited , and the lot seems to be smaller than usual, hence take care when parking car.
