Come at lunch hour be prepared to queue for 20 minutes at least. Also they let oden customers cut your queue even though you have been queuing for a very long time and the oden customer just walk in. I dont see any feedback form in the store. 'Good' job at managing your customers

Went there at night there were two male staff working. They were rude ( laughing when they serve me for no reason) and wasn’t serious during their service. It was not crowded but the queue was barely moving. Lousy service the staffs were slack. The oden were not ready to be served by which was unreasonable as when we reached there were few people plus it was pouring. The staff was not even bothered to ask if i have the family mart member app. I’m a regular FM customer but I would not visit Bukit Baru’s branch anymore even though it is near where i live.

Really disappointed with the female staff named Nur Azlin, Assistant store supervisor. I queued at no oden counter to pay things & want to order the sausages but she attend the oden customer first that come after me & sold the sausages to him. When my time to pay & order the sausages, she said sold out. A few minutes after that while me waiting my spaghetti carbonara on heat, she heat other customer sausages that come after me but when my time, she said sausages already sold out. Bad service. Management please take action. Many bad reviews on this branch.

really disappointed. every single time i come here, they are sooo slow and they take their sweetest time to create one meal as if they dont care about the people lining up. they should know that sometimes i wait 30 mins or more for wanting to order an udon. they need to keep up.

Came here at morning, the staff are very friendly! Wide varieties of choices, we enjoyed our time dining in here.

I wonder if your company policy would simply just delete customer's order via grab without calling the customer if they want to have something else. From my experience other vendors will call first, better than having to pay for delivery and getting half the total order. If only one product is available so you pack only one? So unthoughtful. I've experienced this more than once. Be thoughtful, letting down hungry people is a very mean thing to do. Don't give hope, update your products, for god's sake!
