Champion of worst service in the world.
Please ensure your lousy staff got well trained especially the indian girl was very rude and she is scratching her hair when serving food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the person in charge at the door seems nice. The retails assistants is quite unorganized, pretty grumpy + quite impolite to answers customers. There's only a few customers there. Please improve in customer care and give the retails assistants the proper training if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience in the past two weeks were great. I’m sure they’ve trained their new batch of staff or I’m just being lucky, was served by decent staff all these times. Found what I need most of the time ranging from personal care to foods and beverages. Keep up with the good work.
