Previosly:
The girl staff was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not a standard family mart service and staff were not trained or supervised properly. Busy talking nonsense with her friends from outside and not preparing my order while I was waiting in front of her at the counter. Normally other family mart will ask for our handphone and scan it for us to their system. But this place just asked me to scan directly to their computer. How can I see if it is scanned properly as the screen was facing them, and she asked me with harsh tone to move up and said it's not clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst family mart branch ever. Always lack of staff. I don't know why they don't want put more staff at the counter. Only 1 staff at the counter to handle customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for 4 times in last months, the foods i got everytimes were not fully cooked: spicy chikki, odens, kimchi croissant, chocolate croissant. The meat or pastry inside still remains cold or uncooked and were disgusting when halfway eaten.
One time to request to reheat the spicy onigiri, but it still the same temperature when the staff pass it to me.
Staffs there work and walk very slow when there are a lots of customers waiting.
Please improve!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst family mart branch ever. Staffs were lazy to heat up food, only proceed to pay for ready made items. Wasted my time to go there even there’s a promotion for oden but there’s no oden to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular stop for Family Mart produce. Unfortunately similar to many outlet this one is truly worst. Always not opening express counter even though it obvious only less than 2 Oden client. Cashier never announce when they reopen express counter for non oden client to switch causing massive long line queue wasted. The narrow line is cramp to notice the express counter to open. Numerous time witness client losing patient and choose to leave after seeing irresponsible staff behave such way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst family mart shop that i’ve ever been. Bad customer service, the 2 female cashier very unfriendly and no manners. They speak with other customer with rude tone voice. I want to order cookies frape, the cashier tell me to take from fridge behind with rude tone voice but when i go there, theres no left. They dont even check the stock still available or not. My husband order oden the spicy soup the they only give plain soup, no taste at all. Wasting money and time ?? please improve the customer service attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs very rude to customers. When I order Korean cheese ramen, the staff immediately ask me "boleh tunggu ke? With rude voice. And the Maybe he expecting me to buy any ready-made foods.. he seems lazy to take my order and simply delay it and the noodles was very very dry. I really hope Family Mart Management look at this matter as alot of people saying the same things.. your staffs need to re-train with customer skills.
P/S : I don't wish to give any star but have to do if not I can't post my review
