★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 16/2/2020 night time, Alif Najmi was extremely rude and ill-mannered as a frontline staff at the cashier. I ordered Sofuto for the first time for my dad, my dad took a few seconds to think on which flavor he would choose, as a frontline staff, he raised his voice in a rude tone ”NAK FLAVOR APA?” and when we were paying, cash was returned in rushed by pushing the coins and cash to my dad and the coins dropped on the floor. The occasion was spoilt and Alif Najmi was in no way apologetic for it. No customer service, etiquette, professionalism. If he is not given a proper training on how to deal with customers, I am sure your business will be affected. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Bad experience in this outlet? Went to the express counter to order sofuto but the cashier MR. [Lily] treat me like an invisible human. Collect payment from Oden line customer first but those customer didn't purchase any Oden food.

This Family Mart chain store is co-located in the Caltex station, situated along the SPA highway. For the weary & hungry travellers making a rest stop, they can enjoy the store's famous Japanese F&B choices.
I think I am going to be a regular customer as it is not too far from home.
I know where I can head to on sleepless nights.
FYI, get EURO 5 Diesel at this station if your
are driving a diesel car of course.
