I ordered in grab burnt cheesecake and when the rider went to collect, there was no burnt cheesecake, at least the staff should have informed the rider to call and say no burnt cheesecake does the want orea cheesecake as a replace. THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. The staff just took a random cheesecake and gave to the rider. I am a customer and I am paying! Don't I deserve to even know can the product I order to be replaced with another or not! Please la. It is so hurtfull. Last last I reported to grab and grab refunded me. Thanks to grab and the gd rider . But what did family mart did??? Nothing!!!!. Disappointed and never ever going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there is not friendly and shows unwillingness when have more questions asked. I've been there on 20th June 2021 9:30am, bought foods that second item discount. I just want to clarify whether the discount amount in the bill is correct and she showed her temper and when she checked again in the cashier machine also showed unwillingly. Do customer don't have the right to clarify the bill if uncertain? Hope your management really look into the ways to server customer better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review, I order 2 food in foodpanda and the fact that they don't even call to inform that both of it are out of stock. I can still forgive about that but the things that make me range is I pay using online banking and they didn't repay me back for the food. Lastly, they should provide a phone number so we can call to discuss about the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from grab food. Worst service ever, better close down. Useless family mart. All the food tasted bad as it already spoiled. One of the order was missing as well but the charges never change. This family should stop operating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not a good as other familymart. I stand up in front of the counter to pay for 5 minutes and they ignore me. I think its because they are busy with orders from grab and foodpanda but that not an excuse, hire more people then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not happy with their services. Went few days back. At the back of the counter had 4 working staff but only 1 person assisted all customers. The rest were refilling things and checking things. During oeak hours, it would be better if others can assist the cashier person. He was looking after counter, cashier, orders, reheat foods, n etc. That makes him slow in settling on other orders. The q was pretty long and time consuming. This can be improved way better.
