★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CASHIER. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND YOUR RECEIPT. ESPECIALLY TO THE SHORT DARK GUY WEARING SPECTACLES. HE TRIED TO FOOLED ME BY GIVING ME BALANCE RM 30 LESS! I WAS HALF WAY OUT LUCKILY I CHECKED MY WALLET.

When I walk in, the staff at the front door said
"Nak beli barang ke?" I said yes, then she said "cepat sikit nak tutup" i would be fine if she said it nicely.
The worst thing is, 2 person walked in before me and she didnt say anything, DIDNT even ask them to scan thier temperature.
I walked in, scanned my temperature on my own and she talked to me like I am wasting her time. Even though the whole time she was playing her phone with her back againts the wall.
0/10 wont be going to this outlet again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad and that staff seems delaying to attend customers & look to slowing down their service and didn’t put 100% focus on customers who are waiting their turn !! Have been 2 to 3 times ,ON &OFF que inside waiting line (at that time there were no customers ), but still need to keep waiting just to buy small kind of food only !!Surprisingly , the staff took the customer supposed lined up behind me and keep me keep waiting in front of the counter !!??? The reason given by her partner (Name maybe “Amani's “ as stated on the receipt) . THIS SCENARIO CANNOT BE ACCEPTED CONSIDERING SHE WAS ALSO AT THE COUNTER AT THAT TIME, IN FACT SHE DID NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER AT THAT TIME. HOPE FAMILY MART’S MANAGEMENT TOOK SERIOUS ABOUT THIS ISSUE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS !!PLEASE DONT SPOILT YOUR CUSTOMERS & HOPE CAN PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES AS WELL. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More stocks for Onigiri here compared to Family Mart Intermark maybe becos less customers here. Only 2 staff but I understand they need to do Foodpanda orders 1st and the customer in front of me is requesting Udon so that would take longer to prepare. I asked them nicely on Sugar Brown Mik Tea Bubble and they answered nicely. I came at around 6.30pm in Wednesday. They looked tired and more often than not, due to overworked and underpaid. Please come here more and support Family Mart. I hope their boss would treat them better so they would serve customers better too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but ramen and clear soup unavailable upon ordering. Very disappointed. Plus the service here is super super slow. 2 person at the counter handling oden, cash register and food delivery orders. Should have at least 3 staffs handling the counter.
Can pay with TNG app and remember to collect points using FamilyMart app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, THE WORST FamilyMart branch in Malaysia. I have been to many FamilyMart around. All of them with higher foot traffic. All of them have better attitude than this branch.
Not only are the staffs LAZY and refuse to do their job, they are RUDE, insincere and should never work in service industry. I have never seen so many unsatisfied customers in one room. All customers come out unhappy.
They pretend to not hear your order and make you repeat the same thing ten times. Then pretend that there's no stock for any products that they feel lazy to make only for their coworker to tell them that the products are in stock! And you can actually see them roll their eyes and sigh before they start their work.
Well boo hoo to you that you have to work. I am disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This FamilyMart is located inside the Caltex station so space is limited but they have a wide range of FamilyMart favourites -- onigiri, oden, sofuto, sando, and more. No dine in, takeaway only.
They accept various cashless payment methods so it's very convenient.
