★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the manager please arrange your employee role more efficient, especially during peak hour, my drink can be done in 5 minute but instead got drag until 20 minute because they do it half way only to attend other things in the meantime, and forgot about it,and it is third time already i experience this, i did see lacking of experience manpower, it is unpleasant experience,pls improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy non oden items, when I wanted to make payment, non oden counter was closed. Numerous people queue at oden counter, only 1 counter was open and 4 people servicing 1 counter. When we asked why only 1 counter was open, they ignored. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager should supervise more on operations. Customer not buying oden also needs to queue like 10-20 minutes waiting for people choosing oden. Staff also not mentioning if counter is open or close. Staff not interacting with customer. Should have seen the long queue and proactively offer assistance, just to make sure customer is at ease. Manager pls go training more.

Why 1 star ? Things are expensive here, staff should be more efficiency instead of just letting 1 people to do all the counter things alone.
Even let people focus on stock arrange, the price and stock can still be wrong. I once bought a coffee saw the price properly below the product, but then when all Is paid, the price is different and I went back to check the price tag below but saw that's another product price.
Not sure if it's only this family mart or what but the onigiri here is bad. Not fresh at all. (Even if I bought the longer expiry date one in the morning)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m very disappointed by their service in family mart dataran Puchong.. I order Lays original 2. But they send me 2 lays salted egg than when I ask them for refund again they send me the same items.. Salted egg... When I ask the rider He said.. Original finish so they give salted egg favor... I m paying but this how they cheat their customer... Very bad service. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good to have this familymart nearby. The shop is spacious with all different kind of groceries. It can fulfil my need for groceries from the range of snack, food, drinks and toiletries. However, my first shopping experience here was a unpleasant one. There was only 1 cashier open which serves oden customer but the express one was closed. The queue was really long and I just wanna buy 1 oolong tea. The express cashier opened after waiting for about 10 minutes in that line. I didn't switch to that express cashier since I was very close to the Oden cashier. The next moment I was told by staff to queue at express cashier since I was not going to buy ODEN. I was like a bit frustrating to see the long queue at express cashier End up I did not buy anything and left.
Hope u guys can improve this and try to shorten the waiting time to make payment at cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Dry Korean Cheese and Oden.
The service was quick, the place was clean and the fridge was fully stocked up. The staff was friendly. My only complain is that the ramen I ordered was not mixed properly so it was just white noodles at some parts.
