★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should prepare more bowl. Oden is a thing now. The winter melon ice cream is too sweet. I prefer the cheese cake one. But it still nice experience at Family Mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The convenience store is small and crowded especially around 9pm till 12am. Once the people come from the lrt station after work at 5-6pm, this store is really packed. There's table for you to eat your oden or just chilling with friends eating softcream and cake on second floor. Toilet is also available. You can choose whether to chill indoor with the air-cond or outdoor facing the street

Gonna blame their management for this especially when they have to manage alot of food delivery orders, which makes in-store customer waiting long line just to make payment. If you see how they worked, they definitely able to speed up the process with better training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst family mart ever visited. The staffs are not friendly at all and give bad impression to this branch. And when we ordered ramen at the counter, only when we were going to pay did they say that there’s no cutlery. And always no stock for many things. And then we were made to wait outside not even knowing how many minutes we needed to wait. They didn’t even apologise for their poor service. Hopefully they can improve their service on this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store seems to have managing problems. It can speed things up if they had a flow. Having ONE person to do the taking order, cashier, prepare grabfood and heat the requested food is not efficient nor effective. Customer waiting time is too long for a convenient store! At peak times the service is bad. Look at starbucks’s behind the counter flow. This will improve service greatly.
Great selection of food. Hot and cold food. Students love these stuff.
Ice latte is basically milk can’t taste the coffee. Too diluted.
Hot tuna pastry is a good grab and go, pair it with ice americano. Onigiri is fun as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered via familymart apps for the first time. dry ramen and triple cheese sausage. delivery was fast food was still hot and crunchy. the apps offer free delivery so it was worth it. now it is cheaper if you order via grab.
