★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited staff to cater to the large number of customers. Or, two staffs counting money, ignoring the crowd while one poor staff single handedly deals with the long queue. Oden not stocked and have to wait 30 mins. Does not follow the principle of "convenience".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Staff looks like been forced to work. I’ve seen bangla working in other family mart are more attentive and friendly then these people. If you hate your job then don’t work, sit at home and wasting your parents money so that other people won’t look at your ugly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont really seem to understand your point of having foodpanda if you’re not gonna let them do their job? very stressed annoyed IRRITATED. because just now i ordered about 5 items that worth more than rm50 and suddenly my items are cancelled because you guys “ran out” one of the items ? and when checked the shop its suddenly closed? as far as i notice, your shop kejap ada kejap takde kat foodpanda. Now who’s going to refund my money ? cus they said the shop themselves cancelled it..
