1) She don't really understand the menu of FamilyMart when customer asking her the food price and she totally answer the different thing.
2) Call customer throw back the basket when the customer waiting the food.
Please take attention to training your staff before work at FamilyMart. I'm very disappointed. This is the worst outlet compare to another FamilyMart.
