★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to stop and get a quick bite. There are a lot of delicious food here.
The place is very clean but not very spacious so customers are quite close to one and another (not a good way to practice social diatancing for COVID). Nevertheless, the service here was pleasant and welcoming but it could get slow depending on how busy it is at the time.
I really love the Sofuto hazelnut chocolate ice-cream as well as the spicy ramen here. The price isn’t very expensive so it doesn’t hurt to come here often. The ramen itself is enough reason for me to come again in the future.

Especially a female Indian cashier (around 10pm).
Never ask me do I have a membership card.
Just quickly scan my items to allow her to go home quickly.
I bought 5 items and your shop didn't give me any bag for my stuff.
Please explore your sales management and policies carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm quite new with this franchise chain. So its exciting for me to enter this shop. Although the pricing is affordable but its a little bit expensive to me. They provide imported products mostly from Japan. So if you want to eat onigiri, oden etc, can come here. There are several foods that are already in my favourite list. You can try them. Red velvet cake, Hokkaido Cheese, Parmesan Cheesecake, Matcha Sofuto, Original Mochipuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there is quite a number of worker, but cashier service is slow. A little under organised. Basque burnt cheesecake sofuto taste weird. Like the Belgium chocolate sofuto the most.

1st, Hotdog and fishcake too salty
2nd, A Malay girl cashier wrongly charge extra for the food, when ask for refund not even a single apologise from her, sumore act unpolitely.
Will never go again this store Family Mart Icon City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New branch next to Starbucks Icon City. No queue, the store has some patrons when we were there at night. Service was a bit slow but the store was fully stocked up. We personally felt that the sofuto size was smaller than auto city branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good Family Mart outlet, they have all the usual stuffs you get. The store looks more spacious and not narrow as compared to the Family Mart in Auto City. It is less crowded too. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Located just next to Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best is barista know ur mix order and choose the best to do it for you. Kodus abang barista. The drinks is NICE! i love it. Last is the queue is long but not taking much time but if u r in rush then dont wait. Theres no place to wait if u r in rush. Overall its nice..
