★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, squeezy design, staff don't manage que. No SOP. Place bread(sandwich loaf) directly under aircon, bread become wet, point out to staff but don't even bother to answer. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue to go in is slightly better than Auto City, managed to go in within less than 10minutes. However, the wait to collect ice cream is too long. Due to the small size of the shoplot, there are only limited merchandise inside the shop and some of the racks are almost empty. They have brown sugar bubble milk tea promotion now so we have to try it. Member gets RM2 discount for the milk tea now. Tried their BurntCheesecakeSofuto ice cream and Match Soft Serve, and had us longed for more! We went home with crab onigiri only to discover that one of the item had already expired on 29 Aug and we bought it on 30 Aug! Real disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around 1.00pm but was shocked because there's no food in the frozen section. Like hello, its lunch time. Same goes to the famima bakery section. So weird. Better close forever lah...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad staff service，exchange people food with 25% discount to an normal price food without notice to customer, after done with payment and customer notice by itself, only tell customer food can’t be exchange because already preheat. Well done ??

Very different service culture compared to family mart staffs at other countries especially Taiwan and Japan. How come Msia convenient store staffs are so rude. All are untrained and unprofessional, don't even know how to smile and make eye contact with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no proper queue. Not enough staff though there are a lot of customers. Whenever I order ice cream or beverage, there is no stock. Please notice it to customers before they are waiting to order. The staff always looks like they are tired. Please hire more staff for customers and please train them for better service.
