Staff sombong, tak friendly, berpuluh kali datang sombong bongkak, sorry la i pun owned a shop, ni paling sombong. Sorry tak recommend singgah sini for all future visitors.
Staff arrogant, not friendly, dozens of times come arrogant arrogant, sorry la i even owned a shop, this is the most arrogant. Sorry I don't recommend stopping here for all future visitors.

Pekerja biadap..langsung tak mesra pelanggan..tau la penat kerja..kalau macam ni perangai kerja snd..dah lama kedai lingkup.nasib baik ko kerja makan gaji ngn orang
The worker is rude..it's not customer friendly at all..he knows he's tired of work..if this is his work attitude..it's been a long time since the shop was in scope.luckily I work for a living

Servis lembap dan kurang bijak. Patutnya tunggu masak corndog baru buat milkshake & ice cream. Ni ice cream semua cair corndog tak siap-siap.
The service was sluggish and unwise. It's worth waiting for the new corndog to cook for milkshakes & ice cream. This ice cream is all liquid corndog not ready.

Staff biadap. Mungkin store supervisor (badan gempal dan pakai spec). Nak minta customer untuk tunggu di luar macam nak menghalau customer. Cakap biar bersopan. Awak tu kerja di sektor customer service. Malu jadi melayu tak de adap. Tolong baiki sikap.
Rude staff. Maybe a store supervisor (chubby body and wearing specs). Want to ask customers to wait outside like wanting to drive away customers. Speak politely. You work in the customer service sector. Shame on you for not being Malay. Please correct your attitude.

Staff sangat ii rude dan careless , first ,order corndog 2 yg triple cheese n request tanak korean sos but dye letk jugk plus bagi yg double cheese . Staff terjerit marah ii mcm org gila , tahu penat but tkperlu nk layan cust mcm tu . If penat keje then behenti jela keje tu .
Staff is very rude and careless, first, order corndog 2 triple cheese n request tanak korean sauce but dye letk jugk plus for double cheese. The staff shouted angrily, I was a crazy person, I knew I was tired but I didn't need to serve the customer. If you are tired then stop eating it.

saya tau keje jadi cahaser, layan customer, ambik oder, panaskan makanan. tu semua memenat kan. nak2 bila ada food panda lagi penat. tapi jagan la sombong2. lain kali jagan keje situ kalau rasa tak nak layan customer.. tak salah bermesra dengan customer janji jaga adap dan batasnya. saya rasa kalau kene kat diri sendiri pun tak nak orang layan macam tu..
I know keje so cahaser, customer service, ambik oder, heat food. It's all tiring, isn't it. Children, when there is panda food, they are tired. but don't be arrogant. next time, don't be mean there if you don't feel like serving customers ... there's nothing wrong with making friends with customers, promise to take care of adap and its limits. I think even if I'm here, I don't want people to treat me like that ..

Kalau boleh nak bagi 0 bintang actually. As usual, dari staff before, sampai current staff, semua sombong and rude, even boys and girls. Ckp dengan customer mcm marah. Bila tanya elok2 regarding the price, dengan tak tengok kita, jwb sepatah. 21/10 i bought spaghetti carbonara for RM8.90, the next day bought the same thing but the price increased until RM12.50. I dont know what happened, when i asked the cashier, he was so rude telling me “harga naik”. If you guys penat kerja bahagian f&b, dont work there. Dont be a cashier pls. Semua orang penat. I went there every night to grab dinner after work. So pls dont be disrespectful while ur customer pulak cakap elok2. Regarding the limit customer per time, nobody cares. Ada ramai je dalam tu, but when one customer went out, and me nak masuk, they scold me that the limit customer is already exceeded. So i need to count and search your customers from outside??? Pls train all your workers there. Semuanya problematic.
