★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here couple of times and it is definitely the worst Family Mart I have been to. All their staff should be more friendly and apologize even if it is something beyond their control i.e machines are having some problems. Another thing that is weird about this branch before lockdown is oden is served at 7pm onwards... I don’t think other branches that I usually go to has that weird timing. *sigh. I hope their manager can take note on this and help improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here on 10/5/2021 around 10.30pm+. I wanted to say thank you very much for giving excellent services by the 3 staff in this outlet. They're very helpful, full of energy(despite it was almost to the end of their shift) friendly and genuinely interested to assist the customers and seems very happy with their job and also created lively atmosphere in the store. I hope the management can give them some incentive and please keep these kind of staff in the company. All in all, a very wonderful experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers take a lot of time to do nothing and they were very slow to do their job. I wait about 10mins still dunhave any workers want to serve me. It was very bad experience to buy in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what makes this place so crowded with customers all the time. I believe the main reason is the wide variety of items available including those imported from Japan one. Also the foods and snacks are fresh and satisfying. People crave for its ice cream and definitely will affect McDonald's ice cream sales located next to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curry Crispy Chiki makes my Monday a little more tolerable with some juicy and flavourful boneless chicken thigh, marinated with curry spices. But my favorite actually is Spicy Crispy Chicken and Tiramisu Parfait.
