★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow slow slow, staff very slow in action, not well trained staff, express counter closed and queue for so long on the oden counter!!!!!!!!!!!! Even I’m not ordering Oden. What Is the point to set up express counter? People queuing up but 2 staffs keep doing their own business!!! FAMILY MART is branded international store but spoiled by those not well trained staffs.

Good to know that they never changed for 3 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big waste of time at family mart Kepong, the weekly anniversary deals of buy 1 free 1 ice-cream pint is forever not available.
I went on 15 Nov, at 8am, the store worker asked to come at 9am because the ice-cream is not available yet (even their opening hours is 7am).
I came back at 9am and a different store assistant told me it's sold out.
Not satisfied with such reason given, I went to speak for the same store assistant who has asked me to revisit at 9am. To my shocking the answer given is that the ice-cream pint container is not available.
Now which one is true? Or is this just a business tactic to not honor the promotion as advertised?
