Bagi aq truk korang puye cara kerja ,setel dlu yg cust puye express counter .. sorang jge je exprss counter xpyah nk merayap buat keje lain..yg lain handle le oden dgn ayor & sebagainye.. waktu kemuncak make sure ramai sket backup..td bru beli aiskrim tpi counter exp xde org jga jdi drag mase 10 minit nk tgu..dh setel aiskrim pon cair....haih

Pekerja kurang adab . Tidak pandai melayan customer . pekerja kalau ada masalah dgn org atasan jgn bawak rasa marah tu kat customer . Customer tak tahu menahu benda tuh . Saya pernah kerja f&b lama . Tapi saya tak pernah pulak buat muka kat customer even saya kena maki dengan customer ?? Makanan asyik tak ada stock . Walaupun saya datang awal pagi , tghari , ptg & malam . Mula mula saya bersangka baik . Tapi bila dah lama-lama saya jadi fade up . Ramen asyik habis , corn sausages asyik tak ada . cone ice cream pon habis ? padahal saya nampak cone kat dalam bekas . Boleh dikatakan setiap kali saya datang , display utk corn sausages & etc kosong . Tak tau lah siapa yang salah. Management atau pekerja ? Please make it better . It is very disappointing me as a customer .
Employees are rude. Not good at serving customers. Employees, if there is a problem with a superior, don't bring that anger to the customer. Customers don't know that thing. I used to work f & b for a long time. But I never made a face at a customer even I got scolded by the customer ?? Fun food, no stock. Although I come early in the morning, noon, afternoon & night. At first I thought it was good. But after a long time I fade up. The ramen was exhausted, the corn sausages were gone. cone ice cream pounds out ? even though I saw cone kat in the container. Almost every time I come, the display for corn sausages & etc is empty. I don't know who is wrong. Management or workers? Please make it better. It is very disappointing me as a customer.

I've entered so many other branches but Kuala Kangsar branch is the worst. Stock selalu tak ada. Padahal Kuala Kangsar ni pekan kecik je. Bukan tumpuan pun. Tp setiap kali pegi semua takda. Terutama skali pilihan oden dan juga air bubble milk. Tak kira pagi, tengah hari, petang malam apetah lagi. Bila ditanya pada staff, semua jawab "stock tak ada". Staff attitude pun biadap. Jawab dgn nada biadap dan tak mesra pelanggan. Kita bukan tak pernah masuk Family Mart. Banyak dah pegi tempat lain. Tapi boleh je layan customer elok2. After all, Family Mart Kuala Kangsar punya servis mmg teruk. And slow sangat. Bila kita masuk bukan main lg tgok staff check stock tanda itu ini dekat kertas tp sama je. Stok takda everytime. Kita pun pernah kerja f&b. Tambahan ini pekan kecik je supposedly takde nye stock habis setiap dua hari. Takkan lah staff order stock hanya cukup utk dua hari je setiap kali delivery? NONSENSE. PLS DO SOMETHING. Lama dah pendam ni.
I've entered so many other branches but Ipoh branch is the worst. Stock is always out of stock. Though Kuala Kangsar is a small town. Not even the focus. But every morning everything is gone. Especially scale the choice of oden and also bubble milk water. No matter the morning, noon, evening or night again. When asked to staff, all answered "no stock". Staff attitude is rude. Answer in a rude and unfriendly tone. We never went to Family Mart. Many have gone elsewhere. But you can serve good customers. After all, Family Mart Kuala Kangsar has bad service. And very slow. If we go in instead of playing, the staff checks the stock, the sign is near the same paper. Stock limits everytime. We also used to work f & b. Plus this little week je supposedly takde nye stock out every two days. Wouldn't the staff order stock only be enough for two days for each delivery? NONSENSE. PLS DO SOMETHING. It's been hidden for a long time.

Admin suka sangat dengan oden ..sedap sungguh .Masa admin dtg sini cawangan ini baru sahaja dibuka di lokasi ini. Memang ramai sangat yang beratur. Stock yang ada cepat habis sebab ramai orang. Selepas sudah memborong di FM saya ke destinasi seterusnye iaitu Ulu Kenas. Lalu jalan kampung rasa tenang aje.
Admin really likes oden ..it's really delicious .When admin came here, this branch has just opened in this location. Indeed, many are queuing. The available stock is quickly depleted because there are so many people. After buying on FM, I went to my next destination, Ulu Kenas. Then the village road felt calm.

Disappointing experience from KK branch. Breakfast wrap delivered was a spoiled one during my third delivery, two items missing during my second delivery, first order rejected kononnya shop busy, tapi kawan yg kerja kat bank depan tu kata takda orang pun.

Staff very rude and not working accordingly. I bought a cake and a drink. She scan my items and let me wait to finish payment. Suddenly, she so busy managing the hot food for previous customer. Hello? I'm in front of you, can't you settle my payment and do another task after me because nobody's queuing. Where are your customer service? Due to waiting, I ordered sofuto, she make it and didn't key in in system. She pass me the receipt and I tell her I want to pay the sofuto. She grab the receipt from my hand to see it. Can you ask politely? Honestly speaking, FM need to have SOP and stop making 2 or 3 task at one time when entertaining customer. Some people are in hurry. Very very very bad service. I rather order via grab or foodpanda for hot food, because it hurt my eyes to see their service. CU mart are more relax, they teach customer to do it themselves. No long que and fast. Please improve in future. Foods are good but very bad service.
