★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice outlet. Near the Aeon Station 18 mall. Awesome food and drinks. Very satisfying and scrumptious!! I like the frappe and the cheese pudding. So yummy! And tried the latest dried ramen with sausages and never regret it. But the line waiting outside can be abit long to wait to enter the shop bcs of pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst family mart, worst service, ordered and paid for ice cream and asked me to wait, then those staff served ppl behind me and left me standing there wait for nothing, after seeing so many ppl behind me got served, I asked them where is my ice cream and they ignored me, I was angry and kept asking until one staff told me no one tells her I got order to be fulfilled. Wth? Paid for this kind of service attitude, spoiled my day! Will never come to this s*** shop again! I would give 0 star review if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected a lot of Japanese stuffs but rather disappointed with the minimal choices available. Luckily got to buy some Calbee chips which is a must buy whenever on trips to Japan. But for those who like onigiri, can try theirs here. Taste not bad. Friendly staffs provide good service too

staff > 5 people but service still slow
maybe because they put panda n grab as priority
if u walk in and order menu which need to cook so u need high patience
i need to wait at outside no fan no chair over than 15 minutes so i cant give full star
my 1st impression was good but now it's slowly reduce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the morning, long queue. Clean and organize mart. Variety of menu that we can choose. Their sofuto is a must. Cheesecake sofuto was really delicious. Greentea also delicious. Corndog is good and affordable. Should try other menu next time. Somehow the cheesecake frappe is a no for me. Feel greasy after drink it.
