★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever there's promotion/voucher on shopee, the staff willsaid system offline. I cant use my ebelia voucher there!! Then today i went there to buy some snacks, it was locked! The grill was opened, but the door handle was locked with giant metal-chain. Ystd went there about 7pm, already closed. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is soo RUDE to my friend. There is a buy one free one promotion for corn dog today and she refuses . I repeat she REFUSES to give the second corn dog for free because she said she didn’t key in on the cash register so she doesn’t want to give it to us. That is clearly her fault.What kind of staff is that.. There is a Big banner about the promotion. Please Family Mart management take action to this particular employee.Her name is AINA AFIQAH at Family Mart section 13. Shah Alam working on evening shift .Your immediate action is required on this matter as Family Mart is highly reputable store in Malaysia and you don’t one single employee destroy that. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting at "Express Counter" more than 10mins but staff only serve at "Oden counter" . What's the point to separate the counter?
After asking cashier only he told the Express counter was closed. Without put the tag there. Shouldn't they inform if they saw someone waiting there more than 10mins?
