★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's wrong with you FM? I visit your FM pandan indah outlet at 850am just now . And your staff told me they didn't receive cash because of manager not here. And not accept grab pay too. And my shopee pay have no enough balance. End up you staff told me. This is not my problem, is my manager not in yet and show me the inpatient face. Your poor attitude is not my first time face in FM pandan indah outlet. And today morning tell me cannot pay cash and not accept grab pay too. What's going wrong with you FM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered here through touch n go apps, i requested for wrap for easy eating, they don't heat for me. I hv no idea how to eat it while it still cold. Dear familymart midpoint staff, customer order because they want to eat not for stock. And pls don't assume your client's workplace have microwave to them reheat their food by themselve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any idea what it means to be convenient store? It means that it is a place for me to go in and grab something to go quick. But in this branch, that's not the case.
2 staffs on duty - 1 working with the oden and hot food preparation and another 1 working with online delivery order with Food Panda. All is fine until there is only 1 counter functioning and yet, all the customers in line are just standing there waiting for them to do their own thing. They have failed to realize that the queue is piling up and they need to start checking out.
After the guy in front of me has decided to depart and leave the store, I have asked one of the staff, who is preparing the stuff for Food Panda order, to start checking us out first. At this point of time, there are 12 people including myself waiting in line. The staff replies to me saying that we are all standing in the oden line, so you have to wait, don't be angry.
I entered the store at 8:31pm on 15/02/2022 and waited until 8:40pm without any sign of the staffs considering to check us out.
This is again one of the reasons why we are falling behind as a nation. We do not think about prioritizing what needs to be done first and what can be hold off for a bit. The covid confirmed cases are on the rise lately and no one really wants to stick around in a convenient store too long for unnecessary reason. Train your staff properly and raise their awareness of the surrounding in the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place. Spacious and lots of seating for dining and hangout.
But disappointed with the staff. After a long Q, my turn ..ordered 2 latte, one frappe and sausage. He asked if i want plain or others. I said just the one and pointed at the glass food display. He nodded and i paid everything accordingly.
At the end while waiting for the coffee...i noticed on the receipt no sausage punched in..?..
Damnnn...no way i m going to Q again.
People acknowledge your order yet in a split second micro memory loss or the fingers doesnt syncronized with the head ..
Lucky la the refreshing Latte saves the Gggrrrr feelings.
