★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people coming here for a visit this family mart the concept is as most the same as per Japan family mart. Is very queue on those youngsters buying the ice-cream which contain matcha and sea salt which in blue colour. In the menu they not call in ice-cream but called as “Sofuto” and you can choose the cone biscuits in black colour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management should really look into the manpower issue of the store. Most of the time the store is only served by two staffs even during busy times like Saturday night. They are seriously working very work like cow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad they open the family mart here. But seriously, the staff need more training. I know they are new, but they can do better. The crowd is insane since its still new, and i hope staff can improve their service better next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to family mart Nusabestari, I would like to order some hot snacks but the Melay employee always say that doesn't have then today also I ordered tipple cheese sausage corn but he told that oven doesn't work then why that branch must be opened ? Better change the employee or ask him to respond clear. Don't act like nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously like family mart more than CU mart, but everytime i come to this branch, i always feel grumpy and unsatisfied. The staff is unfriendly and grumpy. But today was the most terrible among all, not only i waited long for my order, the noodles taste uncooked, the soup is super spicy, not like normal and they gave me only fork, no spoon. Sedih betul????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is unstable except ice cream, hired about 6 staff but usually only 1 or 2 is working, others are chitchatting or playing TikTok?today is the worst day I've been experienced at here. First of all, cashier can't even understand 3 in English ,no more word to said,y'all know what I mean.Scnd,just bought an ice cream but need to wait for 20mins for the staff dreaming and cleaning the table ,I didn't expect staff care tidy more than care about customers, maybe that’s the way they manage a business? btw, will avoid to visit if unnecessary
