★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the manager/supervisor need to do a better job and put more than 2 staff. there were only two staff at the counter. one guy takes care of the online order, and the other one takes care of everything else.
bruh i paid for hot matcha latte and the fatigue staff messed up the order twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to this family mart Olive Hill area. and it was yesterday (10April) the staff really no respect with customer choices especially those were stationed at oden area. Were choose Tomyam Oden fish cakes and crab king sticks but with no respect on my choices he straightaway take the Soup Oden items (as those not very good in selling). And the Tomyam are still full with oden at that time. When i confronted him, he said it is same. Well for me i would prefer the items in Tomyam broth as it gives more flavors. Look! I paid you the money and I choose what i like! Not you choose for me! The others Family Mart i went do not encounter such problem. So for me this area FM deserve only 1 star as such basic customer service manner also didn’t present well.

I get that ppl might get bored while working, but still u need to do yr job right? First bad experience, I waited for my order for 15mins, until I’m curious why it still haven’t done yet, then the waiter looks like he has forgotten my order, and prepare my food.
Second time, I waited for 20mins for just 2 hotdogs, end up the waiter thought I ordered 6 (another customer ordered 4), so basically I just waited extra time for that customer’s order. Do they don’t see the order paper tho?
Seriously, it is too much to wait for so long, consider this is a fast food right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs here are very friendly, assist us with clearly explanation. They are very polite and explain patiently about the food, promotion, price and family mart app. They help u to cook the shabu noodles on the spot.
100 times better than C180 branch! The staffs in C180 branch straightaway gave u the uncooked shabu noodles. Staffs in C180 branch family mart are rude and sucks. Their attitude strongly bad and impatient at all. I rather visit a further family mart which is Bukit Serdang.
Luckily there's the family mart I'm satisfied with. I recommend this family mart. Their service and attitude are really good. Very patient.
