★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service.. satu customer serve sampai 10-15 minit.. kita yg tengah tunggu turn untuk buat payment, langsung dia tak cakap, sekejap ke , senyum sikit kee.. ni tak, langsung tak pandang.. dah tau ada ramai customer, staff yg lain tolong laa serve customer jugak.. bukak kaunter satu lagi.. kaunter banyk, tapi bukak satu je.. haihh..
bad service .. one customer serves up to 10-15 minutes .. we are waiting for the turn to make the payment, he doesn't speak right away, for a moment, he smiles a little .. no, he doesn't look at all .. I know there are many customers, Other staff, please serve customers as well .. open another counter .. many counters, but open one .. haihh ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff punya komunikasi teruk .macam aku order air takde dalam menu . boleh dia kata "takde" .kau tak training staff kau ke .kau rasa jawapan tu boleh buat customer kau puas hati ke ?cakap la stock takde ke .dah cuci mesin ke .bulat2 jawab kat customer "takde" sungguh professional punya kerja .bedu punya budak laki .kau tak payah jaga cashier kalau tak reti bercakap dengan customer
The staff has bad communication. Like I don't order water in the menu. can he say "no". you don't train your staff. do you think that answer can make your customer satisfied? say he doesn't have stock. he washed the machine. have a boy. You don't have to take care of the cashier if you don't want to talk to the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service hancur. Majikan boleh recommend staff untuk join kursus customer service. Cust tunggu di kaunter lama tanpa inform apa apa. Tegur cust pakai mask dengan cara yang straight tanpa budi bahasa. BAD SERVICE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencing bad cust service, cashiers are so not friendly, need to ask twice, speak not clearly since they wear the mask, but that not the excuse since we are wear it too, if they said that tired or exhausted, i came to the shop 9.30 am, tired ald? . Hope can be better.
