★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the food is good, l can't stand for the attitude of the staff, one star is for the brand FamilyMart only. Especially the staff named Shahrizan and the other male staff l can't name it as l've thrown away one of the receipt already. We wanted to use our voucher but these two staff showed their impatience and no politeness, one of them even said:" Apa voucher lagi?" in addition their tone were really rude! We felt offended the way they treated us, like we owned his money. While the service in Japan is renowned but the staff of FamilyMart chain store at Malaysia didn't learn that spirit at all. Please train your staff properly before you open the chain store, do not ruin the name of FamilyMart please.

As i passed by around 9pm+,
i noticed this family mart permas jaya,
Always “closed / shutdown”.
So i hav to buy things from “C U”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of disappointment every time we have a chance to come here. The store always closed earlier, and if we have a chance to enter the store, the experiences weren't good and felt uncomfortable with the servicing staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what's is wrong with FamilyMart permas jaya branch? I went there for 3 consecutive days at 6.30pm, the staffs from inside the shop showed me hand gestures that the shop is closed for the day. They use an umbrella to block the door handles from inside. But i saw a notice outside the shop mentioning that the shop will be operating from 8am to 8pm. But these 3days they already close at 6.30pm?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fact that the shop is so near to my place. The only downside is that the bread shelf is almost always empty. Only once I saw the shelf was full and bought a lot that day. Ahaha I guess that’s why it’s always empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I patronise this outlet often. And often i get very offended by the staffs' attitude. Not all of them are bad in attitude, but there's one pregnant staff is especially rude each time i met her in store. She shows so much hatred towards me each time even though i politely speaks to her. FamilyMart management please do something about your staff courtesy training.
I feel very bullied by this pregnant staff each time i go there, she always show a lot of hatred in her actions and seems reluctant to do her job.
