Nak tanya la kalau beli dari foodpanda air frappe ni mmg beku macam ni ke selalu beli cair je da siap letak susu / coklat tapi kalini dapat yang beku ke ade staff baru terus bagi tak buat apa apa dengan air frappe ni then selalu beli set oden akan dapat sudu & garfu tapi tak dapat nak makan guna apa ea

Alhamdulillah sedap dan mantap . Product boleh tahan murah lah , cuma banyak sangat option perlu dipilih kalau orang yang first time nak beli . Aiskrim sedap dan manis . Customer services not bad , bila ditanya masih boleh reply walau sedang buat kerja . Location pun ok dan dekat dengan kawasan perumahan .
Alhamdulillah, it is delicious and stable. Product can hold cheap, only a lot of options need to be chosen if people want to buy for the first time. The ice cream is delicious and sweet. Customer services not bad, when asked can still reply even while doing work. Location is ok and close to residential areas.

Semua ok tapi staff punya layanan macam org dtg mintak sedekah dekat diorang. Dlm banyak2 FM, FM sini paling TERUK. Kalau dah tak nak kerja, sila berhenti sbb ramai lagi kat luar yg memerlukan kerja tu. Baik staff sebelah pagi atau sebelah malam, same je perangai.
All OK but staff have a service like DTG DTG sightseeemed alms. DLM MANY2 FM, FM here's worst. If you do not want to work, please stop SBB Many more outside the work. Well staff in the morning or evening side, Same Je temperament.

Memang selalu beli kat sini,masalah pada staff sahaja.Tak mesra.Come on,kalau kerja kaunter ni,memang kena terlebih mesra.Lain la kalau kerja dengan batu je.Orang tahu lah kita gembira serve atau tak,walaupun pakai mask.Ringankan mulut berbual dengan customer.
It's always bought here, the problem is with the staff only. It's not friendly. Come on, if it's counter work, it has to be more friendly. It's different if it's working with stones. People know we're happy to serve or not, even if we wear a mask. chat with customers.

Servis sangat teruk?Pada 12 Mei 2022, sy mengambil beberapa jenis makanan segera di dalam kedai serbaneka FM. Tiba di kaunter, sy bayar dan menambah satu lg order utk Ramen. Staf bertanya sama ada sy mahu panaskan makanan atau tidak. Sy menjawab ya. Staf mengambil KESEMUA makanan sy dan memanaskannya. Sementara menunggu, sy melihat2 barangan lain di dlm kedai dlm tempoh masa 20 minit. Nombor sy masih tidak dipanggil sedangkan pelanggan yg datang kemudian daripada sy telah mendapat makanan. Sy pergi ke kaunter dan bertanya. Staf cuma berikan Ramen dan berkata makanan sy yg dipanaskan td telah diambil oleh pelanggan lain. Sy bertanya kpd staf kenapa membiarkan sy menunggu lama sedangkan mereka tahu makanan sy telah diambil oleh pelanggan lain atau mereka yg tersalah bagi?namun mereka diam dan tidak menjawab apa2. Ikutkan hati nak je tengok cctv dan minta refund. Tp malas nk buat kecoh kat situ!
Very bad service?On 12 May 2022, sy picked up some kind of fast food in the FM convenience store. Arriving at the counter, I paid and added another order for Ramen. The staff asked if sy wanted to heat the food or not. Sy answered yes. The staff took ALL the sy food and heated it up. While waiting, he saw other items in the store within 20 minutes. Sy's number is still not called while customers who come later than sy have got food. Sy went to the counter and asked. The staff just handed out Ramen and said the heated sy food td had been taken by another customer. Sy asked the staff why they let sy wait so long when they knew sy's food had been taken by other customers or those who were at fault for it? But they were silent and did not answer anything. Follow your heart to watch cctv and ask for a refund. But I'm too lazy to make a fuss there!

Rabu 27 April staff yang bekerja pada pukul 2 petang tu. Perangai biar helok sikit ye. Kau ni bekerja ada pengalaman ke tak tak ada pengalaman kau tahu tak kerja cashier and multitask tu macam mana. Aku nak buat pembayaran aku customer First yang datang kaunter dulu bila aku tengok kau buzy tengah buat kerja sambil menyembang. Ok aku faham la. Just take your time. Sambil menunggu sorang staff buzy dekat sink kaunter dengan kau sorang lagi masak ramen aku cuci la mata aku tinggal la makanan kat kaunter sekejap lepas tu aku pergi kaunter balik kau settle kan bil customer lain ok la sebab aku faham aku tinggal kaunter. Lepas tu kau boleh sound aku suruh beratur jangan potong q. Hallo aku dari tadi tercegat kat situ. Dengan makanan aku kat kaunter tu. Aku orang First beratur kau boleh sound macam tu dengan aku ,say Sorry pun tak ada. Lepas tu dah kecoh kat situ kau pandai pulak nak buka kaunter satu lagi. Aku faham keadaan kerja kau lagi kau kata aku potong q Sorry memang aku tak bagi muka la dekat orang macam ni. Aku faham kau puasa . So perangai be nice la sikit. Aku ni pengalaman kerja fnb lama ye. So jangan nak ajar aku benda yang merepek. Bila kita minta nama staff yang macam tak ada sopan tu pandai kau tak nak bagi tahu takut aku complain . Dengan orang lain kau boleh buat macam tu dengan aku Sorry la k staff bernama nada and Shed
