7.20 am i when inside the shop. staff working that mornings said opening hours starting at 8.00 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers like to open a loud music which totally unrelated to stuff in the mart. As the customer ordered the food, the loud music overshadowed our conversation. I asked them reduce the loud music but the one of the staff mentioned that the branch manager liked to listen to loud music and warned them before not to tune down the volume. Overall, the store did not practice proper Covid-19 SOP as they allowed many people to enter the store at the same time, more than the allowed number and did not monitor whether the customer scanned the MySejahtera QR code or not. Three counters but only one operational during the peak hour. The layout of the store is weird too unlike FamilyMart At Karpal Singh Drive as the people need to wait inside the store for their orders and not outside.

Buying 1 can drinks I have to wait literally 30min inside . I don’t understand why cause inside have nearly 8-9 staff ????. What are their supervisors/ manager doing ? What are the 8-9 staff role play ?
I think the supervisor/managers are should be blamed. Not well trained staff.
Ps : Sttaff are like sloth , sorry guys but u guys need be more efficient and cheerfull.

Instead of Hokkaido melon pan I got melon pan(wrong food).
Instead of grilled teriyaki chicken onigiri sandwich I got teriyaki chicken onigiri (wrong food).
The food that I got are much more cheaper then what I ordered
So saya tak halalkan duit saya and tolong buat kerja betul2. Jangan duk buat naya dekat customer lain.
I also order kirin gogo no kocha milk but the stored doesn't have it but they said they will refund.SO I Will WAIT FOT IT
The time for DELIVERY OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont come during their closing hours (after 11.30pm) because they’re tired. And they’re getting ready to close the store and go home. So they’re not gonna be in the mood to serve the customers.
Edit: went thru the review and found cust service experience had never improved at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once u order by grab food, they always gave u expired or old food. Many times me n friends order a lot always come some 55% of foods veeery dry like they put on heating box or freezer too long!!!
Come on man, work with integrity & properly, shame on u, collect money from cust as price tagged but gave cust. rubbish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a Friendly staffs. Basically you can get any food that you longing from Japan or Korea. Even baked goods are sold here, like butter and chocolate chips. One thing I dislikes are, its a very long queue, so you better come early!!! and parking spots are hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good, they have all the usual Family Mart items sold here. The store is small spaced so there is usually a queue especially during busy hours. The staffs are okay and helpful, but it seems like they are in low morale. Located at the Solaria Square. Parking might be hard to get, especially during peak hours
