★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 25th October,1:00 pm,there was an employee(male,wearing glasses,malay),I'm very unsatisfied with him because of his terrible service.He told me not to order fastfood from him but when there were some malay girls did the same thing,he allowed.Is this some kind of rasisme?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. No efficient at all and even not allowed me to order fast food at the fast food counter. But when there were some Malay girls came in, he allowed. I can assumend this employee as RACIST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were flies at all the counter. Your assistance supervisor Izwan told that once customers open the door, flies tend to come inside. Despite of Covid measures, you are not maintaining your hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like give bad review especially one of your staff which is happened on 8/3 around 12pm above.No manners no apology but i'm the one who they look fault.Is it my fault if one of yr staff, like suddenly pushing my son at the entrance door maybe my son quite slow but that's not the right action.Totally no manners & but my action i'm the one who need to apology .It is really ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible service, took nearly an hour to get our orders ready. Not only this but one of the Malay Male employees even treated customers differently based on our races. We're not allowed the place our order yet some others Malay females were allowed to do so when this particular same person was serving us. Working at the service line means he was supposed to be patient and complete fulfil customer's demand yet he threw my food on the countertop instead of passing it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were always rude and impatient, haiz. Sofuto is tasty but really stressed up whenever I go there. Maybe it's the understaff problem that make them act like this, management should look into this.
