★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very slow! Waiting more than 15 minutes just for two cup of drink while there is no other order. Also at oden section, staff also slow. While taking order still can chit chat with other staff and I realize that my order not complete. I ordered 6 but got 5. The staff not focus on what customer want. Very bad service to compared with other branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, rude, unprofessional staff. DO NOT come here. I rather drive to FM Selayang. Staff successfully proceed my payment for matcha sofuto then tell it was unavailable and force me to accept burnt cheesecake instead. He could have tell me earlier before even processing my voucher. Didn't even try to solve his mistake or apologize instead giving me 'annoyed' look. I have a severe allergies on certain item and the fact that both of staffs force me to accept something i didn't order is RUDE. Left the store empty handed without item I ordered, emailed HQ is pointless, they never care and ignore.

The employee told her colleague that if I understood her, I would buy it. The female employee criticized me in front of me. Finally, after it was cooked, he threw it in front of me and asked me to get it. Poor service (I can clearly see her thrown in front of me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25/11/2021.12:39. Was pleasantly surprised because today's staff were very courteous. Guy manning the counter seemed new, but he was v.polite. The girl at the oden counter was calm and respectful answering my queries. Even though most of what i came for wasn't in stock, i left the store in a good mood. Kudos to you both. Adik hanif, you have good seniors, and bad seniors, follow the good ones. Keep it up ?
(Wish i knew her name too but only cashier's name on receipt)
...also pls restock lots of Imuraya Taiyaki ice cream ??
