★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, parking here is an issue as it's somehow usually fully parked due to the commercial area around. The staff needs more training in terms of etiquette to reflect the professionalism of Family Mart as a whole. All in all, it's a great addition to Bangi sek 15 to be a hub that has almost all the trendy stuff opening, hence generating more crowd to this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please ensure ur staff well understand regarding sop. children under 2 y. o are not necessaryly wearing a mask. if u have strong opinion too. please teach ur staff to speak politely to customers. not by yelling from counter towards customer for mask on. i feel so embarassing to other customer. . like im a stupid citizen.. this was happened in family mart seksyen 15,bangi. unfriendly staffs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Waiting for more than 10 minutes to get my order even though there are less customers. Disappointed. This is not my first time but many times. Thank you for your bad service. Not even going to this bad service family mart anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE, this cashier named ERA was plainly rude as heck, which is she ran off to "handle" other customer's order after she ignored us ((where we already start arguments how unfair it is and she still treat us like a log)) and ask a customer behind us to cut us off, 3 counters open and 2 left unattended, The trainesss were too busy talking to each other while doing the orders during peak hours..
