★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have quite spacious eat in space enough for 25 people or so to sit comfortably. Sri Petaling is well known for chaotic traffic with limited parking bays, but there’s a multi story car park near this convenience store, so even if you cannot park your car right in front of the shop, you can park there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I spent 10 minutes literally. And I'll exaggerate it once more, 10 whole minutes just to purchase a well ready packed icecream sandwich. I get that the staff are all busy and what not, but the speed and the reaction time delayed all my activities. Lastly... The stickers on the floor that says 'Queue Here' is sticked on the side of the line. And there was two lines where people queued, it's so confusing yet frustrating. One line was straight Infront of the cashier and the other is from beside the cashier where the sticker was placed. Such utter disappointment. I would never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff on 9/6, 10:30pm extremely bad customer service. Want to buy hot food but refused service, kept saying "semua takde, mesin tutup x3", even with so many items left inside. At least give explanation la, not lousy attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this i go to family mart sri petaling the staff are very friendly and nice also good service. But today 25/5 i go to the same family mart got staff with bad attitude. Very very rude. When i ask “spicy chicken bite ada tak” you know what him reply me? He say “kalau ada dalam tu ada, kalau takde tu takdela” . You know what i am your cust kot! The staff is guy and berbadan besar. Please don’t be rude with your cust. !
