THE WORSE FAMILY MART BRANCH I'VE BEEN TO. Cashier has a rude attitude, wanted to pick a fight with me when I was about to pay for an iced latte! I was looking at the menu and questioned me why I was standing there, asking whether I have paid yet. "Tunggu ape? Dah oder ke belum!?" I told him my order and was about to take out my card, immediately asked me whether I have small change. I told him I'm gonna use wave instead, then he told me to speak louder, "cakap lah pay wave! Mana aku dengar!" I stormed out. Never Again.

At 4th May 2022 around 7:30pm-ish we wanted to order some drinks. At first we asked for the bubble latte as we wanted to order but the staff (a Malay guy wear specs) said to us there’s no more latte available in a slightly rude way. We ask again for brown sugar bubble milk as shown on the menu above our head, he then gave us a judgemental rude stare and said “I already told you all our bubble discontinued”. Then I asked if there’s any drink available and he gave us a stare and SEEN US then continue to do his thing. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE. PLEASE CONDUCT MORE TRAINING FOR YOUR STAFF and always keep the menu updated.

Since PKP/MCO, quite easy to get parking here. Usually its really hard to get parking because of all the students around. There still alot of people inside the shop. Decided to try the peanut butter chocolate frappe. Not really up to my expectation. The watermelon lychee frappe is much better in my opinion.

I have the same bad experience as others that gave 1 star review here. The chubby Chinese male staff is very rude and his attitude make it seem like he is forced to work there. When I want to order oden, he knocked on the table frantically multiple times out of sudden. He also crushed the dry noodle with a laddle without me asking for it. And when I politely ask what kind of meat ball is available, he replied "all meat ball lah what you want" in an annoyed tone. The whole process is very uncomfortable. I used to enjoy going to this outlet every weekly, but will not go back to this outlet again if he is still there.

Bad experience from buying things from this outlet. A fat chinese guy cashier is very rude and impatient. I queued for more than 15min just because the guy is doing his work very slow, when it’s my turn to pay i asked him nicely whether i can use grab pay to pay, he did not say yes or no but ask me to be faster. “Faster faster faster” he repeated the word 3 times. He rushes me to pay faster when he’s the one that wasted customer time. Such a “good service” from him. Please believe me that this staff will definitely affect the store sales :) Keep up with this attitude and remain this kind of “efficiency” and see how the store survives. There’s other outlet that have better staff.

I never know where to queue in this store. Its been years and got worst since the pandemic started. I was in the line waiting for so long and when its finally my turn one Malay couple just cut in front of me from another direction. I just wanted to buy ONE bread my goodness. This store is always short staffed and one of the staff was very rude(Asked me to scan temperature again impolitely cause it went beeping from high temp. That time the machine was broken for days and many customers got the beeping too). Kindly suggest anyone who wants to get food from this store to just order pick up online. Or go visit the 00: mart one block beside Family mart. At least their staffs won't ruin your morning mood.

Luckily, Family Mart stores were opened in Subang Jaya way before COVID-19 pandemic. Imagine that there’s no nearby Family Mart - where do we go and find “oden” to eat? Where to get those little yummy Japanese pudding?? And those buns and cakes??? In 2020, I visit Family Mart stores more than I enter 7-11 shop for the past 3 years. Staffs in Family Mart are friendlier.
