They made me feel like itβs my fault :
1. They ran out of coffee cup lid and never tell me in first place. When they handed the coffee to me only I asked about it, and I said how could they give me this type of lid which is for cold beverages.
2. The coffee is leaking out. The boiling hot coffee also is fill way too full in the cup without any foam or space so it already got onto my hand , injured me .( refer pic 2) .
3. At this point only the male staff mentioned lids no more stock. And rolled eyes with his female colleague coz I asked them to help me pour out extra coffee
If today itβs a patient/ very old or not good in moving, how can they deal with this type of service at a private hospital ??
