★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many people realise that Family Mart is a Japanese franchise that sells many types of Japanese food stuff! ?
At first glance you would think it's another local convenience store until you actually step inside. Having such a place in the neighborhood is so convenient as most such specialty stores are found in the city.
While the prices may be cheaper than the specialty stores in the city it is still on the high side due to the yen currency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service quality. The two female workers keep chit chatting with their friends. All the customers waiting for them to finish chi chatting to pick up their food. Also, they can't corporate well and get angry in front of the customers????? If u can't do your job well then just resign. Customers do not have the sense of duty to feel your impatience and anger

Taste great! But the service sucks…
One counter closed, another for oden was few customers stand there waiting but without any staff make any respond to those customers(4 staffs was there. A person maybe busy on preparing delivery’s food order. Another key in some detail(maybe) to ordering machine, but when I stand in front of him we did have a eye contact but he didn’t say anything and just keep doing his thing. I just stand there like a hollow man for around 10mins until my mom lost patience ask them during they are like very “busy” and finally we get respond and found out I am not a hollow man! And eventually told the cone is not available, only with the one in freezer that serve in the cup. Better than nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday for a matcha sofuto. Lady working the night shift would rather wash the dishes than get our orders. It was just 10pm but the lady claimed everything is sold out, while washing the utensils. We left, and went to another FM branch that treated us better and still got everything!

I was waiting for half an hour and the audacity the woman have to ask me what was my order. Like bro i only bought two things and you made it as i bought the whole store.
