★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Family Mart and this is not the first Family Mart I have been to in Malaysia. I was so happy it was opened in Tampin and have been here for many times for their awesome menus especially their Taco bubble cha-cha and some other desserts. LOVE IT. Bought it many times. Except this time at about 5pm, it's rainy day and I still went to Family Mart for their desserts and drinks. A female staff (about 160cm in heights) was refilling the stocks on the dessert isle and I stood far aside with my mom and looking at other stuffs whilst waiting for her to fill in. Maybe she felt uncomfortable or what suddenly triggered her and she slammed the stool chair very loudly beside me. I was shocked and she gave me the staring looks throughout the whole period. This is not a big issue and I understand it's Bulan puasa. But still, I don't know what's wrong with her attitude or maybe I shouldn't visit the store at all when they're refilling the stocks? ? (I found other staffs are friendly????)

There was 1 oden in the kaunter, and I was asking if i can take that one but the other staff in the counter said to her friend (staff ) that 1 Oden dia punya... Ehh boleh rebut2 dgn customer pulak..no manners... muka berlagak... if you really want that inform la nicely.. be nice to customer plssss.. to management pls train your staff be more polite and efficient!
Then staff did not inform the drink was ready. So i was waiting about 15mins there for the drink.
But actually the drink was ready..at least please call the number or call me and inform when its ready..
