★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order oden but daikon and tamago all don’t have, where they are the starter set for oden and also the best item in the menu. Quite disappointed. Plus, the ice cream always out of stock. Hope that the management can look into it and make improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slow service. kena sidai almost 20 minutes w other few customers yg beli barang selain oden. counter cashier closed utk beli barang lain selain oden & pekerja tak assist where to q ..confused nak beratur mana end up I was the last to pay . please tell ur staff to layan customer dgn baik , don't ignore those who q lama if counter closed. make it clear next time

I bought sausage garlic bread n cappuccino for breakfast. The bread quite dry n drink not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why the employee didn't allow me to buy when i already said i was willing to wait. She said the waiting list were veryyyyyy long. After I said (many time!) that I was willing to wait, after that she agreed to proceed my order. And she forgot to return my money RM4. I stood in front of her to wait for my money back. Then I need to remind her several time about my money. Cc management, please have a check with your staff.
