★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were ignorant. Spent a good 15 mins standing in line for oden with only one person in front of me but after serving the customer in front, the staff went about to attend to other customers who came later than I did. And at the time there were TWO staff manning the shop. ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kinda disappointed with the service. This is not the first time so I kinda irritated. I order a drink but the drink is not available anymore. They didn't even ask me first. Benda dah siap so I just accept it anyway. I payed for their service tapi service hampeh. Even kedai Thai pon tak mcm nie. I'm not a fussy buyer, tapi entah lehhh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff needs more training. They need to be more attentive and not just ignore customers. At least apologize for taking too long to take our order at the counter. They seem to be too busy handling delivery orders than walk-in customers' orders. Employ more staff for peak times like the holidays. I left the store after standing in line for 10 minutes without anyone lining up before me but was totally ignored by the staff. The staff was like "if I pretend to not see you then I don't have to serve you" attitude ?
