★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service terlalu teruk. 1 star ja dapat. Teruk sgt! Cashier open but no one attend to me. Dia tengok pastu dia chow. Benda ni jadi banyak kali. Family mart lain ok ja. Pelik why this one teruk sgt. Me & my husband sanggup pi FM jauh sikit. Worst FM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier slow as sloth, chatting with customer macam flirting, if you dunno how to do a cashier, dun be one. The mart is so dirty, item also dun have, I dun think is a mart, it feels like a clearance sale. But the cashier is the most problem, wait half an hour to pay my ice cream already melt, how to buy u tell me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time, only 1 cashier manning counter and almost always super slow. The other staff are either pretending to do non urgent work behind the counter or in the store room or attending to unproductive tasks in the store. Famimart management need to re-train your staff and focus in customer satisfaction. I ve been to a few other smaller outlets and they are fine except for this particular USM outlet. Took up 2 lots but badly managed.
