Don't even knows English they don't how to reply me wen I'm asking questions ... some more they was talking rude with me...better u change the works if you wan customer... whenever I ask the price of cookies they said to see by myself!oh God it's yr duty man u should have to treat yr customer nicely not rudely ok!

At 11/Nov/2021 Thursday afternoon, around 4.30pm, I have came across with a bad services, rude staff at Famous Amos Queensbay, her name is Shummugavalee, a junior staff. It took more than 20mins to ikat 2 small love shape boxes of cookies. And when i ask them why do i need to wait for so long, the Indian staff never apologize, bad attitude, n shouted back at me by asking "tengah ikat ribbon, tak nampak?".
This made me very upset n spoilt my day, whereby this kind of sweet stupid food should make people happy. Famous Amos should really consider n review baik baik uppn hiring staff. Its ok to be a junior staff, but attitude does matter.

β β β β β Ok i went into the famous amos store at queensbay mall and said hello to the staff, she just looked at me and continued washing the dishes. So i thought she would like say something to me, or ask me to wait but no words spoken. I was standing there for 5 minutes then eventually left the shop.
