★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supervisor named Norsuhaila? really bad attitude! Probably she doesn't know I understand Malay or maybe she doesn't care.
I have order a pack of cookies and I told another staff to have a look at others first. Then I heard the Supervisor said, siapa punya ni? Dah ambil tak bayar lagi. Then when I walked to the counter and she complaint 'lambat xxx '
The other staff Were watching movie since I walked in to this shop, and she was not happy when I called her. Probably she just want to sit there whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! The cookies aren't the best you've ever had but they are pretty darn good. Especially if you are a big fan of Famous Amos. They make the little cookies that you would buy at the store except they make them fresh every day. So you're buying a bag of just-made cookies. It really makes a difference and the cookies we got were delicious. The price isn't bad either. The soft cookies that they sell however aren't all soft. I'd say to stick with the hard cookies in the bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous amos mitsui outlet shopping center. The supervisor today 23 August 2019 around 1:15 pm is very rude and through a candy at our face after we requested for it to be changed as it was damaged in its original packaging unopened. He was shouting and told us literally “go out and don’t come back”. I can say that this is the worst shopping experience I had and I will never buy anything from this place again. And will tell all my friends and relatives to not buy from this shop. If the supervisor has this attitude then I wonder how the rest of the employees are. Worst shop ever.
