★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Customers i went to Spectrum shopping mall, last night (5th July 2015) I had a bad experience parking my vehicle at level 4 of the car park. I went for a movie at one cinema with my family the show starts at 9:30 pm and the over at 12:30mn, I drove straight to my home which is less the 10 minutes from the mall upon reaching my home I realize that my car logo (Mercedes star ) was missing, this morning (6th July 2015) at around 10:30 am I went to the management office which is located at the 5th floor to make a complaint and to my surprise the main counter staff (receptionist) told me that the car park don’t have a CCTV camera, its only at the entrance and exit, I requested to see the manager and I was told to wait awhile, after around five minute I was told by the receptionist that the manager is busy and can’t see me, I had a look at her room and there was no one inside her room she was the only one there. What will happen if someone got stanch and injured seriously or a more than that is the Management going to answer that there is no CCTV??? What kind of security that the Management provides for customers?
