★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parents house is still incomplete more than 1 year and 4 months, MCO of course but other houses that started months later are already finishing and that is 2 story house construction within the same area, also going through MCO. to make worst there have been many instances of theft at the property due to slow fittings of doors and windows. Communication with staff assigned is very difficult. The house has already been paid 95% and things have suddenly gone tremendously slow. This is in relation to the Kuantan branch so just be cautious and engage proper lawyers before dealings.
