★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous neighbourhood pharmacy. Mother - in-law is a regular! Staff is suuuuuper friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what we need. Store is bright, clean and well ventilated. Our course all COVID protocols and best practices were observed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the shop to enquire the item I wish to buy and the operation time of the shop at late evening. Reply from a man who sounded not so friendly.
Visited the shop n Approached a guy about blood pressure monitor. 1st question he threw was what range of budget with moody facial ...fine for us. Then he brought out few models that was fine too. When v asked about the details he was getting inpatient. After V decided to get the model V requested to hv a look at d model ...he said "you pay first then only I open it to demo to you" . OMG... Without looking at it he asked to pay first. Where is our consumer right...cnt choose can't see And force to pay?Then v asked can hv a look then only he showed few models which are aldy placed at his counter!! V
paid then he passed it to a shop assistant. Very nice service from her patiently demo with explaination. Thru conversation knew that d guy is d boss. I told her this is the 1st time I met such a rude attitude since MCO has started.
The shop is quite complete with varieties of products....s reason I went to this shop. Isn't it a boss must b a role model to his staff ...pls know d consumers' right clearly and improve Ur attitudes towards customers...even though Ur business might b very good.
No more purchasing fr this shop...found out from my relatives nearby it is true that he is bossy??
