★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor parking for guests, rude guards, offices upstairs looks like low cost apartments. Poor finish and poor quality flooring and walls. Need office space? Move elsewhere. Disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slow, no parking space. Street parking is always full because the parking is for all visitors to Plaza Azalea not just for the bank's customers. The ATM and cheque deposit machines are frequently out of service. To get counter service you need to climb to the first floor. Not wheelchair or disable friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just go to cimb bank only. Parking for car quite annoying. U can see everyday main road jammed because someone stuck at parking gate due to sensor malfunction or have issue with tng card. Hope parking management can stanby 1 person in charge at parking gate.
