★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taro milk tea tastes horrible!!! It tastes watered down, like the taste of drain water with some powdery substance inside. I asked for low sugar level, but it tasted so sweet that I couldn't finish it it at all! I had to go home and drink lots of water to get rid of that bitter sweetness and horrible taste. The waitress didn't even take note when I ask for low sugar level!
The waitress (shoulder-length short hair and wearing spectacles) was also very rude. She acted like she owned the whole place, with a cool expression on her face. And she spent time gossiping with her two friends behind the counter, talking more loudly than the customers!!!
This is the first time I had a very bad experience with FBI. Previously, their drink was OK. But not today.
Rude waitress. Lousy horrible drink. I don't think the waitress put in any effort.
And the pearls were so hard, like they just came out frozen from the fridge. They tasted so bad that I couldn't even eat them at all!
Please improve on your drink standard. It's so bad that I don't think I will come back again!
