★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order early at 6.29pm for a take away at 7pm. The order is still not ready until now (8.15pm).
Edit: I went to the premise. The staff do not update the status of my order in the apps, thus the status is still as the photo attached. The order was actually ready but they didn't notify me (in the apps or by phone). In the end, they redo my order as the pizzas were already cold and damp (packed in plastic bag).
As they are the one voluntarily to redo the order, I will upgrade the rating to 2 stars.
