★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Careless staff. Staff in fedex malacca branch was so careless by typing wrong address into the system even the sender has provided correct and clear address. I can assure this because sender has showed me her slip copy. More serious the address update by staff into the system don't even exist!! because this was international delivery even small details are crucial. Because of his/her silly mistake causing delay in processing and delivery my parcel another few more weeks (tracking no: 813529251480 to Australia). Silly mistake and soo unacceptable. Fedex shouldnt provide international courier service if their system and staff still like in the old era. ???
