โ โ โ โ โ The residence building is new but a bit too far to the main road night market area. The road is dark, no street light at night make it dangerous to walk to the night market. You got to โUber/Grabโ, but sometimes difficult to find driver in this location.

โ โ โ โ โ Luxury hyper safe private residence with gym and swimming pool and plenty of guards and CCTV.. A bit like Guantanamo, all along any fence, full perimeter. If you need high level of safety.. A bit far from Batu Ferringhi tourist strip but if you rich enough to stay there you will have a car.. Maybe 2 cars..

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful upscale residence with club house and gym/pool and everything! Very strong security and pleasant fountains and gardens and parking within the campus. Perfect modular Apartments, stayed as guest in one of the friends apartment and it was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained!
